D&S Investigations was established in 1998. Lorne Starks and Mallie Donohoe are retired Los Angeles Police Officers, having collectively investigated over 30,000 traffic collisions, reconstructed and provided opinions on more than four-thousand traffic collisions. We have qualified as experts in various areas of Traffic Accident Reconstruction in Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County courts.
Our Mission
is to provide an honest and logical opinion regarding traffic accidents without prejudice or bias to either side. Whether working for a large company or an individual, we will preform the needed assistance at a reasonable rate and in a reasonable amount of time. We can provide services for both defense and plaintiff.
