All vehicle inspections are performed by either Lorne Starks or Mallie Donohoe. All of the damage and remainder of the vehicle is photographically documented in either high resolution digital or 35mm photography. (We would recommend digital photography which gives more latitude in photograph enlarging for analysis.)
All vehicle inspections include photographic evidence of measurements of the vehicle and damage.
All inspections, where applicable, include photographs of the undercarriage of the affected area of damage.
Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) downloaded when available and requested.
Digital Photographs:
· A disk containing all of the photographs taken is included with our final report.
35mm Photographs:
· A copy of 4"X6" photographs are included with our final report.
D&S Investigations photographs represent a true depiction of the damage:
Precise in measurements and depiction of the damage
Unlike the damage photographs taken by most insurance adjusters and investigators:
Angled with no close-up view of the damage patterns or measurements
